“Good stay overall! Easy access and great location. It’s in a central area and it was the perfect place to be while we moved my brother into his dorm room at Howard. We did encounter a hiccup with the water pressure in the kitchen sink and dish washer due to water issues with the City which made it difficult to keep the dishes washed and cleaned. Efforts were made to fix the issue, however due to the length of our stay and the amount of time we had left when a solution came, we agreed that the owner could resolve the issue after we left. Things happen! Overall, it was a nice place to stay and no other concerns came about throughout the trip!”

“The place was perfect! The location was awesome to get around DC, by Subway, Uber or walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean & the host provided hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & soap which is awesome when your traveling these days. The living room has a large TV & comfortable furniture. The kitchen is stocked with necessary tools for cooking, if you choose so cook. It a great place for 2 couples stay comfortable.”

“My friends and I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a great experience. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to arranging an early check-in and assisting with other requests during our stay. The space itself was cozy, cute, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our trip. The only issues we encountered were with the bathrooms. The bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms was quite dark because one of the lights was out. Additionally, both bathrooms had shower setups that caused water to spill onto the floor during use, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this Airbnb to others looking for a comfortable place with a responsive and helpful host.”

“This place worked out wonderfully during our son’s graduation weekend in DC. The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location made it easy to get around the city, and the space was exactly what we needed during such a special celebration weekend. Communication was smooth, and everything went very well from start to finish. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting DC!”
