“Our stay was really nice. We came for a birthday trip and mainly wanted to be close to many restaurants and lounges and this house was only 7 mins from aziza and sisha. Sam was incredibly helpful with getting us around the island and took us to noah’s arc on the boat. Which was only a 16 mins boat ride from the house. The house itself was a bit older and had some minor cracks about it here and there but it’s definitely was manageable. Overall we loved it and would definitely would come back!”

“It was a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and very well-equipped; in fact, it was even better than we could have imagined. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, but with something very special: a sense of peace and good vibes from the moment we walked in. The location is excellent, four minutes from Leeward Beach (which is beautiful) and seven minutes from the town center and supermarkets. Many thanks to Sam for being so incredibly kind and for promptly attending to our requests. We would definitely come back!”

“Pros: Nice grill Cold AC Beautiful landscaping Beautiful kitchen table Nice beds and pillows Cons: -Pool had extreme amount of bleach in it -3 bedrooms 2 baths each room has a queen bed… the “guest cottage has 2 sets of bunk beds” we had eight guests approved for our stay. When we got there, the guest cottage AC was off and it smelled like an old museum bunkbeds were not made and wasn’t anywhere I’d want my kids to sleep in. That space needs to be remodeled even more than the main house. -house feels like a classic 20 yr old florida home on the inside with things falling apart, rusted and grungy (cabinet fronts pealing off in kitchen, low water pressure, -all three paddle boards did not hold air 🥹 -both beach bikes had flat tires -black mold in the drink drawer of the freezer -1 morning for breakfast I went to heat water in the electric water kettle. I poured it into my kids oatmeal and it smelled like coffee (not cleaned properly -towels had weird smell -would not stay again”

“This property is beautiful and was fantastic for our two families with a total of nine people. The separate house with bunkbeds was perfect for our older teenagers. The area is very safe and we loved having the pool and Canal. It is a great location to get anywhere we wanted along Grace Bay. We paddle boarded daily along the canal out to the ocean. We used the kitchen and the grill just about every day. The issues we had were minor. The Internet did not work, which was fine for us since we spent most of our time outside and at the beaches. They did provide snorkeling gear but it was in a shed that was not very clean so we used our own snorkel gear that we brought. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms could have been stronger. We had an amazing time at this house and would definitely stay here again.”
