Step into my stylish studio and discover a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Nespresso espresso machine with some complementary capsules provided.
The sleeping area features a comfortable Queen-size bed, and cotton linens. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a mounted 42-inch Roku Smart TV that can easily connect to your Netflix or YouTube accounts.
Stay seamlessly connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work (WFH) or leisurely browsing. For your comfort, the studio is equipped with air conditioning (summer) and heating (Fall/Winter), ensuring a pleasant stay year-round.
While our petite studio can accommodate up to two guests, it's ideal for a single traveler or a couple seeking a cozy retreat in the heart of Yorkville.

“This is the ideal spot from which to explore Yorkville and the rest of central Toronto. The building is bang in the middle of Yorkville. The studio is very clean and airy, and works very well for a couple. The building is well maintained (all 5 elevators work!), and has a well appointed gym. Zahra is super responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.”

“Mila is a great host, and the place is in a very convenient location with a lovely, welcoming lobby. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Mila was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The thoughtful touches, such as the face masks, snacks, and bottled water, also made us feel very inviting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small spots that the cleaner had missed, but nothing that needed to be redone—we simply cleaned them ourselves. There was also a little street traffic noise, but it wasn’t really bothersome. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!”
• All rental guests must check-in with the Concierge upon arrival • All rental guests must present proper photo identification at the time of check-in with the Concierge • The Concierge will not be providing access, all access needs will be between the host and guest. • The Concierge will not accept or hold any packages, food deliveries, groceries or any other matter of deliveries. • The Concierge will not provide access to units when guests have lost the keys. • No bicycles or personal Vehicles are permitted to be taken inside the elevators. • No parties or excessive noise permitted. • No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted on the property. A fine of $500 will be charged for any type of smoking on the premises. • Loss of keys or fob access key will result a $300 replacement cost
