Such excellent communication and helpful with any questions. I travel to Toronto often and this is the best place I’ve stayed in. I will check this location first the next time I am in town.”

BUILDING RULES • All rental guests must check in with the Concierge upon arrival and present valid photo identification. • The Concierge does not provide unit access. All keys, fobs, access arrangements, and check-in instructions must be coordinated directly with the host. • The Concierge is unable to accept or store packages, food deliveries, groceries, or other deliveries on behalf of guests. • If keys or access fobs are lost, please contact the host directly for assistance. The Concierge cannot provide unit access. • Bicycles and personal scooters are not permitted inside the elevators. • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. • Excessive noise is not allowed. Please respect quiet hours, neighbors, and building regulations at all times. • Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the property. • Pets must be under 10 kg and comply with building regulations. Dogs must remain on a leash in all common areas. • Guests are not permitted to wait in the building lobby with luggage or personal belongings. Please coordinate arrival timing with the host in advance. • Please do not use towels or linens for makeup removal, cleaning, or any activity that may cause permanent stains. Excessive stains, damage, or replacement requirements may result in additional charges.
