Enjoy the convenience of city living in this quiet private space. A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with modern appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker machine (K-capsules provided). Unwind in the modern bedroom with a memory foam Queen-size bed and a selection of pillows.
For entertainment, a 43’ Smart TV is ready to be connected to your Netflix or YouTube account. Note there is no live cable Tv. Experience seamless browsing with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to work or relax with ease.
Temperature control is effortless with heating at your fingertips (A/C in Summer), ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
Indulge in the luxury of cotton bedding/towels and toiletries. The condo, spanning 550 sq ft of indoor (440 sq ft) and outdoor space (110 sq ft), is fully equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.
• All rental guests must check-in with the Concierge upon arrival • All rental guests must present proper photo identification at the time of check-in with the Concierge • The Concierge will not be providing access, all access needs will be between the host and guest. • The Concierge will not accept or hold any packages, food deliveries, groceries or any other matter of deliveries. • The Concierge will not provide access to units when guests have lost the keys. • No bicycles or personal Vehicles are permitted to be taken inside the elevators. • No parties or excessive noise permitted. • No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted on the property. A fine of $500 will be charged for any type of smoking on the premises. •It is not allowed to wait in the buildings lobby with bags or luggage • Loss of keys or fob access key will result a $300 replacement cost

“This is a great place to stay in Toronto. First, Zahra is extremely nice, always clear and fast in her communications, and willing to be flexible to make things work. The location is excellent- a short walk to the very good Royal Ontario Museum, and about three blocks to one of the main subway lines. The space is cute, with a comfortable bed (the mattress is on the firm side, but I found it fine, even though I generally sleep on a softer one). The couch is also comfy, and it has a private patio. While one won't really be cooking a gourmet meal in the kitchen, the fridge, stove, microwave, and toaster oven are perfectly adequate for vacation meals, as well as storing and reheating any of the restaurant offerings of the area. The bathroom is good, with plenty of hot water and water pressure. It is also amazingly quiet. For a busy part of town, once inside, with the windows closed, I couldn't hear much of anything from outside. All told, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Alma was an absolutely wonderful host! She had someone meet us upon check-in to ensure we had a seamless first stay in Toronto and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. To match the fact that the building was a former hotel, she was kind enough to provide hotel-like amenities and service. The apartment, building, and neighborhood are also all gorgeous! Couldn’t recommend her apartment or hospitality more and looking forward to future Toronto stays :)”
