We can not take on the extra cost or damages or liabilities of the person who is disabled especially if we have no idea they are coming. - No smoking inside at all each infraction is $500 USD Charge. - Extra guest or unauthorized events will lead to an automatic cancelation without a refund. - For each unauthorized extra guest found to be staying $250 a night will be added to your stay. - Pleas be sure to put in the right amount of guests the price changes based on the guest count. - Event normally come to 1,000 depending on the type of event maximum event occupancy 20 - Using the Kitchen on your own is not allowed the villa chef must be the only person using the kitchen stove or oven unless authorized.

“Our stay at Adina Villa was wonderful! The photos were an accurate representation of the property. The villa was warm, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and easily accommodated our group. Pete, the villa manager, was exceptional. Along with Courtney, they provided transportation for our excursions, helped us navigate different venues, and made sure we were always taken care of. Their hospitality truly enhanced our trip. The housekeeping staff was excellent, and all of our belongings remained exactly where we left them throughout our stay. Our chef, Chevy, exceeded every expectation. She coordinated meals around our excursion schedule, and every meal was delicious—our entire group raved about the food.The beds were comfortable, all bedrooms had AC, and the gym was a great bonus. The villa also recommended the planner for our dinner party, and she executed an amazing event for us. Being only minutes from OCJ Airport was another huge plus. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience.”
